Lovely house with 1 double bedroom available. This quiet room is on the top floor at the back of the house.

The other tenants are all young professional females. Downstairs, there is a shared pleasant large living room. A generous kitchen-dining room. These rooms are simply furnished.

An under-the-counter fridge is in the kitchen, and through to the back is a tall fridge-freezer and the boiler.

Outside is a patio and a raised garden. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs on the first floor, there is the house bathroom that was recently updated. There are two bedrooms.

On the top floor, there is a toilet and sink, and two double bedrooms.

The property would suit young professionals wanting a home away from home.

Please note that one tenant is allergic to cats, so we can’t accept a tenant with a cat. Please also note that a delightful cockapoo dog lives at the house too.
