You’d be sharing a bathroom with just one other tennant and the bathroom is right outside the bedroom (bedroom and bathroom photographed would be yours).
It’s about a 20 minute walk for university of York and a 25 minute walk from York St John university.
Bills aren’t actually originally included, but the bills have been sorted by another tennant and the overall rent per month ends up being £775 every time.
