Hello :) Due to a sudden change in my curcumstances I am looking for someone to move in. Tenancy agreement ends in August.

It's literally a 10 minute walk to York St John Uni and the city centre, so the location is excellent. Bus stop just down the road, which takes you to all over York and supermarkets. Private parking available.

My house mates are friendly, laid back and easy to live with. They are sociable mix of male and female students.

The house itself is beautiful, and it really feels like a home aaay from home. The bathrooms, kitchen and lounge have been recently refurbished to a high standard. It looks just like the photos (no suprise mould or peeling paint...!)

Landlord is good and communicative. Lettings agents also good to deal with.
