I recently let my dream flat in the heart of York Centre. It's above a busy street, but the flat is so high up that the noise will likely be no issue at all. The flat is fully furnished with new mattresses. I'll be moving in as well, so we will be able to both add our own personalities to the flat. I work as a teacher, so I am often busy, but I like to come home and do some cooking and feel peaceful. I'm hoping to find someone kind, tidy, and responsible who would be excited to live in the centre of York. This is a simple flat, but it does have a washer & dryer. No animals, smoking, or parking spaces.
