Great social house in premium location

I have a double room available in my house as one of my lodgers has moved out after buying their own place.

The house is in Fishergate, close to the police station, so it’s a great location with easy 5/10 min access to the city centre and amenities in York.

It’s a really nice, comfortable home with a good-sized living room, a kitchen with an extension, two bathrooms, and a large garden.

I’m keen to keep the house clean, calm, and sociable - definitely not a student-house vibe.

The other lodger is a really nice guy in his early 20s: friendly and social, and very chilled and respectful.

We will happily chat, watch TV, listen to the record player, go to the pub, watch football etc.

We both have partners who don't like in York and visit monthly on average. Happy to have another male or female join.

I’m looking for someone aged 22–35 only, as agreed with the current housemate.
