Discounted Spacious Studio in the York City walls

Hi! My name is Sofie, I really enjoyed living in this room this year, but I will be moving in with my friends last minute and am therefore looking for someone who want to take over my tenancy.

The room is bright, on the ground floor and with a great view on the street but a fence in front of the window so it feels really secure! It is a 2 minute walk into the city. It has a little kitchen and a bathroom. The staff on site are super friendly and very helpful, you can ask them anything. (I’ll be missing them)

It’s about a 10 minute bus-ride to University of York and a 26 minute walk. To York St John University it is about a 20 minute walk and taking the bus will be about 15 minutes.

On site you get access to a small gym, a pool table, loads of board games and more.

The pictures show both the empty room (furnished) and how I decorated it (to get a feel of it furnished with your stuff :)).

The process of taking over the tenancy will be through Abode. I got a good discount on the room as I was going to be living here my second year! So instead of 255 per week you’ll be paying 245 per week!
