A two bedroom student house is available to sublet from the 1st April until 31st August (although this can be extended upon agreement with the landlord), due to some last minute moving plans. The address is 4 Bellfarm Avenue, Heworth, YO31 9BQ.
The small-double bedroom is £650 a month. The bigger bedroom is £700. Bills are included in the rent (not including wifi).
The house is in a good location, just a 20 minute walk from the St John’s campus and a 30 minute walk to town centre. There’s also a bus stop right outside that can take you there in 15 minutes. The house has a free parking space and is close to a bike path that connects to Foss Island and Tang Hall. There are also a few local shops within 5/10 minute walking distance.
The house has been recently renovated, with new household appliances. There’s also a nice garden and a storage room.
