Seeking housemate to join household

Hi everyone,
We are looking for a roommate (any gender) to move into our shared house. It’s a four bedroom house with 3 current females who are looking to stay as tenants next year (2026/2027). It’s a 0.2 mile walk to the YSJ campus and a 0.4 mile walk to the centre, located on Lowther Street YO31 7ND. We are all currently year 2 students and very clean people who get along very well.
The rent is £670 pp/pm which works out as £155 per week without bills, the price of all the bills together are £96.33 (including broadband, gas/electric, water and house insurance). The move in date would roughly be around early/mid July, just waiting on confirmation which will be updated ASAP. We are more than happy for a visit to the house to view the room and other facilities alongside meeting us that currently live here. We would need confirmation by Friday the 13th of March.
