The room is very large and bright with two skylight windows, a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and arm chair.
The room is the only room on the top floor of the house, with a bathroom adjacent on the same floor. The bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, toilet, and sink.
Everyone in the house is friendly and welcoming, and on a variety of different uni courses.
