A single bedroom is available in our home, ideal for someone looking for a warm and welcoming place to live.
The room comes partly furnished with a bed and storage, so it's ready to move into. You'll be sharing with a couple. We're tidy, sociable, and easy to live with. We enjoy a relaxed home environment and are always happy to chat, but equally respect each other's space and privacy.
Bills come to around £120/month on top of rent, covering water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and council tax (Band B). As we head into summer, the gas bills will drop too, so it could work out cheaper.
