Ground floor medium bedroom to rent, we already have 2 female students who are renting the top 2 bedrooms, so it is just 1 bedroom available for 1 person.

Available straight away until 30th August, but we can negotiate this if you need to move out earlier.

All bills are included in the rent, gas electric water and internet.

3 Bedroom House, 2 large bedrooms upstairs and 1smaller room downstairs. Downstairs lounge, fitted kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair plus double bed. (Large bedrooms have a double, medium room has a small double) laminate flooring throughout (apart from stairs new carpet)
Rental includes bills, it’s a top of the range boiler, so it’s a nice warm house.
We provide all pots, pans, cutlery etc. We really look after the house and pride ourselves on being good landlords. As you see from the pictures the house is a real home from home.

The house will have a professional clean when the existing tenant s move out and any redecoration that’s needed, so it’s ready for you.

The house is approximately 10 minute walk from York city centre, Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose and other home stores.
There is street parking available.

We have some video clips of the house I can send via WhatsApp, just get in contact with me. If you want to arrange a viewing just email, text or call me. We can also do an online viewing if you prefer. Unfortunately I can’t take calls during office hours, so email or text maybe better if you want a quick response. Bare in mind that I will have to give current students/ tenants 24 hours notice that I’ll be doing a viewing.
Renting the house to a group of 3 but you will all be on individual tenancy agreements.
