Looking for someone to replace me in a 4-bed house for the 2026/7 academic year, since I am leaving to go to another university.
The house is 11 Wellington street, it’s lovely and in a great location - 15 minutes walk away from both the University of York and the city centre, so there is easy access by bus, train and car.
There is a 24/7 repair and customer service helpline and it is also less than 15 minutes from a Lidl.
My housemates are all girls and are wonderful and I am so sad to not be housing with them!
Would prefer female applicants
The contract dates are 17/07/2026 - 01/07/2027 and the rent is £177pppw (around £202pppw including bills)
