One of the housemates has left due to health issues meaning she cannot continue at university this coming academic year.
The property is 9 Wolviston Avenue, which is lovely and in a convenient location. It's a nice 20 minutes ish walk away from both the University of York and the city centre, so there is easy access by bus, train and car
The housemates are 3 girls and 1 guy, so anyone is welcome and we're very welcoming x
The contract dates are 24/06/2026 - 24/06/2027 and the rent is £196pw (bills included)
It is a student-only let so council tax would not be a worry. Please message me for any more details! We don't have any new photos of the house as we don't live there currently, but we're happy to help
