Double room in a lovely house with a garden

A room is available in a lovely house in Heworth. It's a double room with a built in cupboard and space for a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. In addition to the spare bedroom and my bedroom, the house has a shared living room, dining area, kitchen, box room, bathroom, downstairs toilet, garage, and garden. There is also a drive with space for two cars and permit parking on the street.
It's an unfurnished house, and as most of our current furniture belongs to my housemates who is moving out, it will need furnishing. I've begun collecting furniture to replace what is being taken and can tell you more about what you will need over message or if you come for a viewing.
I'm a professional who works Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm at York Hospital. I am a bit of a homebody so will be around the house, and am probably at my happiest reading my book or watching my favourite TV show with my knitting and a glass of wine. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and regularly go to the gym or go swimming (or at least I try to go regularly!). I also enjoy cooking, reading, jigsaws, and writing.
It would be lovely to have a housemate who would be happy to occasionally hang out together, whether that's watching a film, playing games, or cooking a meal together.
