Room available, 15th May - 15th July £125 a week

I respond immediately if called or emailed. I am moving out and want to find a replacement due to some family issues.

It is a double bedroom, 4 windows, a double bed, wardrobes, and drawers. It is NOT an ensuite. There is a garden (astro-turfed) along with a shed, and a parking space.

It is £110 a week for the room, bills are separate, but normally it would be around £125 or less if bills were to be included. It is available from 15th May to 15th July 2026. Next year will have to be discussed with the landlord. There was 3 students currently living there, excluding myself. 1 male, 2 females. There is no council tax as everyone is a student. It is an individual contract for the room, and the kitchen and bathroom are all shared. Everyone is nice and very easy to get along with.

It is a 10min walk from Uni of York and 30min to YSJ, 1min to Co-Op, 7min walk to a row of shops like Dominos, Chinese, Burgers, laundromats and close to other University accommodations like APYork, etc.
