Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in York ASAP!!
✨Location: York (10 min walk to York St John campus, 15 min walk to city centre)
✨Rent: £179.95 per week- bills and internet included!
✨Available: 8th May – 8th August 2026
✨Furnished room (the room will be emptied and cleaned but bedding can be left on the bed if needed)
✨Currently an all-girls house, everyone is very friendly and it is a quiet house as all house mates are third-year students, some of which may not be living there over the summer!
✨Great spot for students looking for somewhere temporary as it is close to the university campus with an on-site library and a gym!!
✨ Ideal for a student wanting a short-term stay, especially if you’re planning to work in York ocer the summer as there are plenty of job opportunities near by in the busy city centre!!
