This a two-bedroom first floor apartment with allocated parking. Situated within a purpose-built modern block a short way along Holgate Road with some local shops and services together with additional shops and restaurants on Micklegate. Easy access to the railway station and city centre.

I work in York, but my family home is in a different city. So, the tenant will be staying in the flat alone most of the time. I come in once or twice a week, but not every week. What I am looking for is a tenant who can take good care of the property, while sharing the rents and bills with me.

A communal entrance hall guides you to the first floor and to the apartment, where you enter a small lobby before stepping into the generous central hallway and access to all rooms. Immediately on you left is the good-sized living room, then both bedrooms, whilst the bathroom and kitchen lie on the opposite side of the hallway. The open plan kitchen benefits from a good range of timber effect units with integral oven, ceramic hob and space for under counter appliances (washing machine and fridge), whilst the bathroom provides a white suite with shower and curtain rail over the bath.

While couples are welcome, an additional £150 charge will apply per month.
