Room measures roughly 3x3x3m..
Accommodation consists of a shared bathroom, kitchen/diner and lounge.
Outside there is a yard, large enough to squeeze a Suzuki SV650 into. Also featuring is a beautiful shed and a lovely, small decked area.
I'm looking for a compatible person with a good sense of humour and , hopefully, a grip on reality, to help share the extortionate cost of surviving in 2026 Britain :-)
The cost of the room reflects some consideration taken for some (not a lot of) Winter heating. Last year I found a small hat and layering easier to maintain than the escalating cost of fuel :-)
I work 12 hour shifts on a 4/5 days on /off rota. At present I'm spending my days off trying to away from the house as much as possible.
I'm advertising because I have a lot of friends in the area and a full-blown move away to another County is not very appealing
