I have 1 room to rent in a nice terraced house in the very popular area of South Bank, close to the City Centre, University and Racecourse.

The whole house has just been redecorated and has double glazing and a new central heating system has been installed.

There is a living room, with good a leather sofa and chair, a dining table and new large flat screen TV on the wall. Superfast Fibre WIFI is installed and there is a regular cleaner, this is included in the price.

The kitchen is also newly installed with a decent gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, iron and the usual things you would expect. There is a second fridge freezer outside for storage.

The bedrooms have a desk, wardrobe and double bed as standard and there are TV Ariel points in the rooms.

There is also a nice yard area and a covered area for storage, including bikes etc.

The current housemates are really friendly, easy going and tidy and we are looking for the same to share the house.
