A 2 Bedroom Ensuite Flat

I'm 29 and am currently doing an intergrated masters in microbiology. I'm looking for someone to rent my spare ensuite room that will be available anytime after the 8th of march 2020. It's £550 all bills included- council tax, water, flat management fees and electricity. The flat has broadband with fibre optic speed. You can't smoke inside the flat but as it's on the first floor the outside is only 2 seconds away!

With regards to parking there is no specific space for people to park, but there is ALWAYS a space to park! There are bikesheds available aswell if you have one.

In the flat itself I have a 4 hobs, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, plenty of cutlery and crockery, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, a high definition telly, 2x 6 foot settees and 2 fancy leather chairs. There's also a nice coffee table infront of the telly too if you like to dine in front of them. I have another breakfast style table if you prefer separating the 2 things! I have plenty of cleaning products, dishwasher tablets so you never need to buy them in unless you want to ofcourse :) in the ensuite room ( yours) there is plenty of space, a nice double bed, a big mirror, a toilet, a powershower and a big wardrobe.

There's a £550 deposit to pay before you move in and I'll need a few references off you if thats ok- can never be too careful nowadays lol

To summarise, it's a 2 bedroom flat (ENSUITE) with a nice big telly, plenty of storage space and room and £550 ALL bills included. If you're interested message me on here, email me or ring me :)
