We'll be live in landlords in this lovely 4 bedroomed house in Acomb, which is within easy reach of the city centre and a 9 minute drive to York hospital for those that need to get there.

We're particularly excited about getting use out of the garden this summer and are praying for BBQ weather!

There are plenty of break out rooms if you need your own space in the house, off road parking for 2 cars and we're a short walk from Acomb high street.

To start with, you may both have run of the house during the week but we'll be around most weekends as we make the move to Yorkshire ourselves.

We're an easy going, house proud couple looking for likeminded people who will respect not only each other's privacy but also that of the neighbours as this is a quiet neighbourhood. This will be your home too and hopefully you'll treat it that way.

Each of the double rooms has built in wardrobes and will come with a bed and chest of drawers if required. The rest of the house consists of a lovely airy lounge/sun room, 1 shared bathroom, another downstairs loo, break out area off the modern kitchen and a lovely garden which has patio/decking space for outdoor living (when the weather permits).
