This is a double bedroom in a very large 4 bedroom house in the Bishopthorpe Road area of York. The room has just been renovated and is looking fresh. Plus we have recently installed Fibre Optic Broadband so speeds are great.

The property has a very large living room dining room, one of the biggest i have ever seen in a shared house. There is a large galley kitchen including a tub sink and large pantry. There are two large fridge freezers to be shared between housemates. Plus there is a washing machine and tumbledryer provided.

There is a bike shed in the back yard and permit free parking on street

The communal areas are cleaned once a month to keep them to a good standard

The Double Bedroom is a very large room. It is carpeted and currently has a desk in it which can be left or removed depending on your preference. I cannot get into the house until Sunday so will post pictures of the room as soon as possible. Alternatively a viewing can be booked from Sunday onwards.
