We are looking for someone to take over tenancy of my room as I am moving out.
The house comes with a garden/patio area, spacious living room with corner sofa and projector, well equipped kitchen, conservatory, bathroom with bath and overhead shower and 2 double bedrooms.
You will be sharing with a young vetenary nurse and two lovely little dogs. Very easy going housemate, super tidy and really friendly.
When I first moved in we were strangers and we are now best friends. Perfect if you want a housemate who will also become a friend but happy to keep the relationship professional if not.
This house is in a great, safe neighbourhood and the property has a real homely feel to it. The house is right on the number 6 bus route into town so commuting couldn't be easier. Viewings are encouraged.
