Very Large double room in large flat

The room available has the potential to be 2 rooms. One for storage other to live in, and make your own living room. I've put 6 months min and 6 months max to be reviewed after 6 months. This could be extended if all is going well. I have available a very large double room in a flat which I live in alone in and I am looking to rent the one room# maybe 2. The Room comes with floor to ceiling built in glass wardrobes, a sofa, double bed with draws and a bedside draw. furniture is available if neeeded.
Large bathroom with corner shower and separate, large corner bath, two sinks (one each) with own storage and toilet plus loads of other storage if required.
The Kitchen has everything you could need from a dish washer, cooker, grill, TV, dining table, and all utensils and equipment.
The Living room comprises of a sofa, late flat screen, stereo, fire.... a real man's den by all accounts.
Very close to local takeaways, shops barbers, bus stop, etc.
Warm, clean and friendly environment would like to share with similar clean and friendly person, maybe consider a couple. Must be working and have references. Bills and council tax to be discussed. If a couple the cost would be a little extra. But I'd prefer just one person. It's best to come and view and chat about this. Many thanks for your interest.
