Monthly bills:

The following is a guide only based on the experience of the last tenants. Each of the four tenants will have to pay roughly £90 per month on average towards shared bills such as water, council tax, gas and electricity. This varies each month depending on the time of year and rates of consumption. The landlord pays the cost of the full fibre broadband given the long-term nature of the supply contract.

The property has a combi boiler and all the heating can be programmed to suit the tenants needs.
