En-suite room in well furnished three bed house

I have moved away with work so am renting out a room in my three bedroom house in Fulford. The room has an en-suite and is furnished with a large wardrobe, double bed and bed side tables. Currently one of the spare rooms is already rented and so it will be a shared tenancy leaving one spare room which will not be rented. The house has, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer and two living rooms. Bills are included. It is a short walk to the centre of town and close to the university. It also has shops and cafes very close by.
I will not be around as a live in landlord so am looking for someone reliable and responsible as well as considerate to the existing tenant. Please message if interested for further details.
