An opputinity for a continuing University of York Student to acquire a premium ensuite room in Constantine College, University of York. To be eligible for this room you must be a continuing student at the University of York. This is not a sublet, and you will simply be replacing me as a tenant so you will not be paying anymore than the university charges for rent. The let is for a 44 week period starting on the 9th of September (a whole academic year.) Each room is highly spacious with a double bed, large desk, draws, a wardrobe and has accesses in the room to your own personal ensuite bathroom. You will be sharing the flat with 11 other University of York students whom yet I do not know the gender. They will not have access to your room, but will have to the communal kitchen area, as the accommodation is classed by the university as self catered. The accommodation itself is close to the Heslington East campus which has accesses to multiple common rooms with pool tables games consoles and large cinema style projectors. There is also a campus bar around a 3 minute walk from your accommodation. You are also incredible close to the University of York sports village which has a swimming pool as well as large gym. Heslington West campus is a round a 10 minute bus ride with buses leaving every 5 / 7 minutes at peak times. The bus also allows you to access town which takes around 20 minutes. In the spring of 2018 there is a new supermarket opening which is around a 10 minute walk. There is also a brand new building opening in September which will have a large campus style cafeteria.
