Two bathrooms, specious and modern kitchen/lounge with large TV and balcony.

Room to rent is the biggest bedroom in the flat, with access to the balcony. Must be able to provide proof of identity (I. e. Passport) and must be student. Smokers allowed but not permitted to smoke in the building. No pet owners and no couples.

Let is through Adam Bennett, £300 deposit and £60 admin fee. Must be able to provide a guarantor and must be available to sign the contract in person.
