We are looking for working professionals (PhD or final year students also welcome) to join us as housemates in this quiet area of Heworth, York.

The detached house has country side views, is 1 minute from the York orbital cycle route, a 25 minute walk to the city.

-One large double en-suite room with two large wardrobes, wooden double bed and desk ( * now let * )

-We have a cleaner who comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas
