I am looking for a lodger for my newly decorated double bedroom. The room comes furnished with a double bed, matress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and television. It is a quiet room at the back of the house with a nice view. It's only a short walk into town by the river and to the train station. All bills are included in the £500 a month rent. There is free on street parking outside the house.
I have a lovely yard out the back which is private and a nice little sun trap in summer.
The facilities in the house would be shared
I am interested in reading, films, spirituality, comedy and other cultures. I also make my own crystal jewellery and beeswax candles. I am a busy person, I am friendly but also like my own space.
