Hi my name is Notty, and i'm looking for someone who is a Professional to share a flat with; A double bedroom is available from 01/04/2021, and is located in the Layerthorpe area. A perfect location for the York City Center and the local supermarkets. The Flat itself has a separated Kitchen, living room and bath/shower room, and is all fully furnished. There is also an available car parking space.
I'm looking for someone who is easy going, tidy, clean and not too noisy during the week (weekends are always an exception to have some fun). i'm a Professional myself and work in a hair salon in the city center. I enjoy going out at the weekend, and sometimes like to have the weekend away. I am clean, and tidy and i like things to be organized around my home, i do also have a pet dog who come and visit sometime. all bills included (Gas, Electricity, Water, Internet)
