Short term let near York hospital

Two bedrooms available in a large three bedroom house in a quiet, convenient cul de sac location off Burton Stone Lane. Handy for Nestlé, the District Hospital and St John's University. Shared bathroom with shower, large lounge, spacious fully equipped dining kitchen, lovely garden, off street parking, storage garage. Broadband and all bills are included.

The double room has a built in under-stairs cupboard which has shelves and a hanging space. The room is equipped with a 4ft double bed, chest of drawers, fabric wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The single has a loft bed (also known as a cabin bed or hi-bed) with a small wardrobe, desk, shelves and drawers underneath.

As the rooms are currently occupied, they are not shown on the video, which covers the shared areas only.

Please note that the house is currently on the market, which is why I am only offering a month's tenancy, to be extended if wanted, until the house is sold. A fixed term tenancy of up to two months would also be possible.
