Ensuite room at Alcuin College available

Hello,
I am a student at uni of york however I am thinking of doing a year out and am looking for someone to take over my lease at Alcuin College. Its a lovely spacious single room with views of trees, geese and rabbits. Its a lovely community with oppourtunities to make new friends, socialise and study. Alcuin can be adapted to every kind of student. I loved living in halls first year and thats why I booked it again but due to unexpected circumstances I now can't. I have never had any issues living in halls with people or the building, just want to fill my lovely room with someone who will use it.
