I have a bright, fully furnished clean room to offer to someone who loves peace and quiet. I have two lovely cats, and it's with a live-in landlady. My house is close to Uni of York, many buses available around here. Shops, super markets, and a few take away shops down the street. Lidl is a 15 minutes walk, town 20 minutes by walk, Coop 3 minutes.
I would prefer a non smoker and a mature, clean student or working professional.
I would like someone who is gentle to my cats. They are friendly house cats.
You will have Boshe big fridge and freezer for yourself. The bathroom is shared but you will have the toilet to yourself.
