Hello.

I live in a large 5 bedroom house on the new David Wilson development. 3 bedrooms sit empty which seems a waste so wanted to furnish and rent them out and inject a bit more life into the house.

Lovely large house, on outskirts of estate on a quiet private road overlooking fields.

All bills included, including Broadband and SkY TV.

I can offer furnished or unfurnished, with ensuite=, 7 days or Monday to Friday. Private off road parking and garage space available also.

The room will come with another double to act as a lounge should you wish or I can consider price and renting out separately, but then you lose the en-suite private bathroom as it would be shared between rooms.

I have a 10 year old boy that stays here also 50 % of the time.

Downstairs has large kitchen for use and 3 reception rooms. Ample parking off a private road and use of garage space if required.

Miles from major railway station. 15 minutes from Rushden Lakes. 20 minutes from Northampton and 40 minutes to central Milton Keynes
