Double bedroom with bathroom in village location

I’m Sarah, a primary school teacher and I live in my 3 bed house with my well behaved 9 year old Cavapoo. We’re looking for another similar aged professional to join us, pets potentially welcome. I’d ideally like another female, but not against a male housemate if he was the right fit.

The property is situated in a quiet part of the village, with great neighbours and good transport links. There are nice local walks and a pub and shops nearby.

Our house has a private back garden surrounded by mature trees, with a patio and outdoor seating. There is also off road parking.

There are two reception rooms, both with a tv and seating. The modern kitchen has plenty of storage and leads to the open dining room.

You will have your own furnished double bedroom with a large wardrobe and the family bathroom is for your sole use.

I like to keep tidy, so having a house proud, respectful housemate is important to me. I’m sociable but enjoy my own space too, so your time and space will be respected.
