Double room with own bathroom in quiet house

Double room on top floor of three storey house. There's also a bathroom that'd be all yours and you can use the smaller third bedroom as well.

Room is furnished with new double bed / mattress, wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, desk, TV and TV stand.

The ground floor is an open plan kitchen / diner which would be a shared space, with a large fridge / freezer, dining table big enough to seat 10, and all the pots, pans, and cutlery you need. There's also a blender / food processor if you're into making your own smoothies.

We have a large shed that you could use to store a bicycle if you need it.

All bills included, and we have 200mb wifi.

The room would ideally suit a quiet professional (or a couple) who doesn't mind living with a couple of vegan hipsters in a monochrome house. (it's not a deal-breaker for us if you're not vegan, but we'd prefer you be at least vegetarian.)
