Hello!

My husband and I are living in Surrey for a few years to work, and are letting our 1 bed, 1st floor flat in Brackley while we're away. It's our own flat that we have slowly been doing up room by room, and it is let with our own furniture. The current tenant will be moving out at the end of April.

The flat is located on Banbury Rd in Brackley, right opposite Waitrose, 1 minute walk to the High Street. It has off street parking for 1 car and a large, shared garden.

The flat is as follows:

Hallway with hooks for coats and small chest of drawers, leading to -

Large living room, with 2 seater sofa bed, coffee table, bookshelves, bureau with filing cabinet drawer, TV unit and 40" Samsung 3D TV.

Large bedroom, with double bed, built in cupboards, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bathroom/laundry, with a great Aqualisa electric power shower, solid oak worktop, Zanussi 10kg washing machine, separate Beko tumble dryer and laundry maid ceiling-mounted airer. The laundry set-up has been very carefully planned and works like a dream!

Small kitchen - this is the only room that hasn't yet been renovated, but it does have an under counter fridge with freezer compartment, Bosch slimline dishwasher, and oven.

The flat has electric power only, with infrared heating panels and lots of new insulation on the walls which makes it cosy in the winter. The windows are all double glazed.

The rent does not include any bills.
