What Are We Looking For?
We're on the lookout for some professionals that love to live in a clean house. We've heard the horror stories of rental properties and how they can get ruined with mess, so we're eager to find people who are proud of the house they're in, who will keep it clean. Your neighbours will be respectful of the property and will help ensure that it's kept looking to its best standards with you, so don't feel you'll be the only one cleaning.

The property has been recently refurbished to give you the opportunity to live in modern and well designed home. You'll have your own double bedroom with new furniture to help you to settle in and be comfortable, giving you the privacy you need when you need it. We understand that being a professional can mean that you need some quiet time to focus and crack on, which you'll have the freedom of in Harmony House.

Because of this, we're looking for people who are respectful to their neighbours and will endeavor to give them the quietness they need when they need it. The property boasts some lovely communal areas to allow you to meet your peers and ultimately get to know them, so you'll never be left alone.

What Does The Property Entail?
The 4 bedroom property has been recently refurbished, giving you that new home feeling. You'll have access to all the communal areas such as the dining room and kitchen, whilst having the luxury of having your own personal double bedroom. You'll have access to a private garden to let you enjoy the weather during the summer (and gawk at the rain during the colder months!).

You'll have a comfortable bed and mattresses to ensure you get a good nights sleep when you need it. You'll have a desk, chair and desk lamp, so if you're ever working late one night you'll have the right tools to get the job done. The bedroom comes with two sets of bedding to let you settle in comfortably and contains some USB sockets near the bed to allow easy charging of your devices.

The bathroom contains a bath, shower and sink. There's a separate toilet with a sink to prevent you waiting around for the loo if you ever need it! There is gas heating throughout the house to keep you toasty and warm during the colder months, ensuring you're comfortable at all times.

There's a cleaner to clean through the common areas on a monthly basis.
