I am looking for professional person to rent 1 double bedroom with double bed in it, in my 3 bedroom house, you will need to provide your own duvet, pillows, bed linen, towels etc.

We are a non smoking household, you will be living with mum and son, a reference and a CRB check is a must! our home is new to us and is being renovated (slowly), so if your after shiny and new we are not for you.

We are best suited to a professional person who wants a home and not just accommodation, who would be respectful.

Crick is a quiet and idyllic village in north Northamptonshire, surrounded by fields and canals; the village has a post office, three pubs and a co-op.
The village sits on J18 of the M1 so is easily accessible for all surrounding towns, it is close to DIRFT and it is 20 mins drive to the centre of Northampton along A428 past Althorpe and is easy accessible for Rugby, Daventry and Leicester for those with busier lifestyles.

The room and all bills included, apart from your food. you will have to have own insurance for your personal belongings.
For a single person £125.00 per week upfront and £500.00 deposit.
