The house is in a very quiet residential area, the local pubs are in walking distance and serve good food. The house is currently shared by 2 other people, the room is on the top floor and has adjacent bathroom which is shared for by one other person. All the tenants work full time.
There is plenty of parking and the house overlooks parkland providing nice walks to the canal and the country park. The town is in walking distance and it is 5 mins to a hotel offering a gym and pool. Ideal for Cummins, Ford and Tesco distribution centre.
