This a room available in the beautiful town of Desborough. It has excellent links to the M1 and a short drive from the A1. If you’re a commuter then both Market Harborough and Kettering train stations are not too far either.

There is a tenant currently in situ however she will be moving out by the end of October. Viewing to be arranged. I am looking for another preferably female tenant

The house its self is an ex show home on a highly sought after new build estate and decorated to show home standards. Desborough is a friendly welcoming town surrounded by beautiful countryside and idyllic country pubs if this is your thing.

Myself, I am a young professional woman. Clean and tidy and ideally would like this in my house share also. I don’t smoke and would prefer non smokers. Personally I don’t have pets but open to the ideas of someone with well behaved pets. I’m friendly warm and welcoming and want you to feel at home also.

The house comes with off road parking.

All bills are included with a Netflix package and fast broadband. I also have a regular cleaner.
