I am a full-time working professional, who has a spare room in my house, and looking to rent it out.

Looking for another professional or a student, who is looking for a nice quiet place to relax and get on with their businesses.

House is supplied with 100% renewable electricity.

Includes a spacious double bed,
Two Cupboards,
Room is a large double bed, so there is reasonable storage space within the room,
Storage area for cloths.
Ensuite bathroom for exclusive use.

House include;
Heating and hot water,
WiFi,
Access to Kitchen and a large garden to relax.
Free Car parking within premises.

Location is at Far Cotton.
It is situated close to a big Tescos, and all the shops (Lidl, B&Q, McDonalds) are nearby.
Petrol station, bus stop, post office, Co-op all within 5 minutes walk.

Admin part:
01 month deposit required.
Payment for the month is upfront before the beginning of the occupancy.
Rent noted above is for single occupancy.
House operate under clean after use.
No smoking in the house, but possible in the garden or outside the house.
Loud music and parties are not allowed as I live close to elderly neighbors.
