Hi I'm Shaun, live in/out, I'm mostly away but home every three weeks. The guys who currently live in are chilled, nice people, its a detached house set in its own garden with off road parking. House rules are simply ...clean up after yourself, dishes go in the dishwasher not left on the side, no shoes in the house and that's pretty much it really, not because I'm a cleaning freak but because it works for everyone.
We re a decent hard working bunch of blokes who get on with our lives in a beautiful part of the world with 1000 acres of forest and trails just 100 metres away.
Facilities are the usual, American fridge /freezer, large range for cooking, washing machine, tumble, wi fi/giga fibre being fitted in August etc, bathroom and power shower upstairs extra loo downstairs,
