Large Double in a beautiful home in Higham Ferrers

We have a spacious bright furnished double room avaliable in Higham Ferrers, NN10. The bed pictured is a king size bed and it is the top floor of a three storey house, so it feels private.

The house has 2 other roommates in the property. There is also a spare room for an office space as well as normal communal areas.

The house is beautiful, spacious and well kept. There are two other people in the property, both between 25-30 years old. Everyone is clean and tidy and working professionals. We are relaxed and get on well, but also respect each other’s space.

There is a kitchen and a communal living room on the bottom floor, which opens out into a small garden. There is also a downstairs toilet.

We are hoping to find someone who is clean and tidy, respectful and will fit into the relaxed atmosphere in the house.

Please note that the bills are not included, and are around £97 a month
