This bedroom is bigger than average and it comes fully furnished with a separate private shower room and its own back garden, as well as the communal use of a fully equipped kitchen. Other benefits include large green spaces and a safe and secure site monitored by 24 hour CCTV.

All bills are included in the rent ("fair usage" policy applies).
We provide free Wi-Fi and a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

- To reserve the room a holding deposit of £150 must be paid (holding deposit is deducted from first rent payment)
