Double Room for Young Professional

We have a spare double room available in a great location just outside town. The room is spacious and situated on the ground floor. The house has four bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchen with one bathroom upstairs containing a bath and shower and a downstairs toilet.

We are looking for a young professional, all of us work 9-5 and mostly Monday to Friday. We are looking for somebody kind, easy going and sociable that does not mind noise at the weekend as we often have friends round and go out, however there wont be any noise late on weekdays.

We like to keep the house clean and tidy so are looking for somebody relatively tidy, that won't mind helping with the cleaning.
