Only thing that is shared is kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Own fridge freezer. House has plenty of space as 4 bedroom however no plans to get multiple tenants so it will never get crowded.
15min walk to Hospital and slightly less to town. Right next to a large park, perfect for runs/ walks etc.
Parking is on street however plenty of spaces all the time we have had no issues parking.
