This is a friendly home. The current housemates are easy to get along with and would like to share with an easy going guy. The house has recently been refurbished to a high standard. There is a dishwasher washing machine and full kitchen equipment. You can have the run of the house and garden The monthly cost includes all bills. There is an option to join us for an evening meal at an additional cost of just £4 per meal. ( we have to eat anyway so makes sense to include the prospective housemate). We are not vegetarian!. There is a very friendly and quiet dog. Never barks growls or chews. You can have the occasional overnight visitor! The bedroom is a reasonable size with a small double bed. It’s situated 8 min walk to Wicksteed park, just off the Pytchley Road.
