I have a very nice single room available in a modern, warm and draft free house that is in an ideal location being only 15 minutes walk from the centre but also tucked away in a surprisingly quiet, private and secure location away from passing pedestrians and traffic. The room is big enough to accept a double bed but currently has a single-sized bed.
All my previous housemates told me that the room and house was the best place they have had seen by a long way so I'm confident that you'll like it too. It's a clean and orderly house and would definitely suit someone who is thoughtful and considerate with good standards.
Most of my previous housemates have been long-term so looking to continue that trend.
